Designed, and printed with permission, by Alterego Armory, this Mandalorian Mercenary Costume Club-approved design is a rising favorite among cosplayers. Standard printing size is scaled to fit a 24” circumference head. Inner ear to inner ear measurement ~7.5 inches, forehead to back of head ~10.5 inches, and top of head to bottom measures ~9.5 inches

Raw-Print Kit: A raw printed kit straight off the printer. This kit is perfect for the hobbyist/cosplayer that wants complete control over their build but lacks the equipment to print their own helmet kit.

Paint-Ready Kit: This kit is perfect for the hobbyist/cosplayer that loves to paint and weather their prop armor but hates the tedious hours spent sanding and prepping their piece for painting. This kit will come fully sanded, filled, and primed ready, and fiberglass-reinforced for you to apply your own amazing paint jobs.
