FAQs
-
The default printing material for all products is PLA+. This material, when reinforced with a fiberglass interior (which all ready to paint kits and custom-made kits come standard), resists warping and moderate damage when cosplaying. For most cosplaying and collectors, PLA+ works completely fine for their purposes.
Products can be printed in other materials (PETG, ABS), but given the specifics of these products, there may be an additional cost to the buyer.

Most of the products offered by ThatAnxiousPrinter are listed as to whether they are approvable by the major cosplaying clubs. This means that the designs themselves are approvable once they have been processed (sanded, painted, weathered), but by themselves they are not guaranteed to get your kit approved.
-
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Raw print kits for helmets, armor, blasters, and other props will typically ship out to consumers quicker than a ready-to-paint kit (which requires hours of post-processing) would.
ThatAnxiousPrinter will be in contact via email for all orders and will send out updates about status, completion, and shipping status. Feel free to reach out to ThatAnxiousPrinter about any concerns, and we will do our best to help answer your questions.

Electronic components such as sounds, screens, and LEDs are not standard elements of 3d printed pieces and will be considered add-on elements that fall under custom orders. Typically, these elements are added after a project has been completely painted, so adding them to a raw print or paint-ready kit may be premature, but contact ThatAnxiousPrinter and ask if you are interested.
-
The default shipping method is to use USPS. If you prefer a different carrier service, please work that out with ThatAnxiousPrinter and be aware that those extra shipping costs will be expected to be covered by the consumer. ThatAnxiousPrinter will also choose the most cost-efficient shipping method within USPS, unless the consumer requires a rush delivery, in which case extra shipping costs will be covered by the consumer.
-
Contact ThatAnxiousPrinter promptly after ordering for properly scaled pieces and measuring instructions.
-
Given the nature of the products, returns are limited and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
As sizes are listed in the product descriptions, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to contact ThatAnxiousPrinter if they require larger sizes than standard, which will need unique scaling to meet customer needs. These adjustments can, most likely, be easily made with minor changes in prices to accommodate larger prints.
Custom orders - ALL SALES FINAL, unless damaged upon receipt.
If a print needs to be returned/exchanged, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the shipment of the product unless the product arrives damaged. Any damage to the product that occurs in transit should be covered by insurance provided by USPS (primary choice of shipping for ThatAnxiousPrinter), so the buyer will not be financially impacted.
All digital sales cannot be returned/refunded once distributed. Distribution of digital items is prohibited and reserved for personal use only.
